In March 2026, we have a new nominee, Philip Clarke. Please cast your votes!

This nominee is not connected to 4thWay^® or its founders or employees in any way, nor do we think is he working for one of the investment providers that 4thWay^® is responsible for covering. Nor is he connected to or active with any other business that competes with 4thWay^®, as far as we can ascertain.

You can nominate him to the Panel of Peers or register your objections. If objections outweigh nominations then the nomination will fail.

You'll need to give a reason for any objection and it will need to be substantive.

About Philip

Philip is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – FRICS. That's the highest level of RICS membership, recognising top-tier leadership and expertise in the land, property, and construction sectors.

He is managing director of Fisher Property Solutions (FPS), which offers equity and mezzanine funding to SME property developers.

FPS enjoys a proven successful track record in the sector, having raised funding for dozens of property projects.

Philip has also held non-executive and advisory roles for family offices and lender clients including a housebuilder plc.
